The host showed up on door unannounced and demanded to get the vehicle back. Intimidated us and forced us to give the vehicle back 5 days before the actual drop off date.

You know exactly why the vehicle was recovered. Why did you completely omit the unpaid fuel incident at the petrol station? The platform instructed me to retrieve the vehicle early—it was not my decision or demand. To this day, you still have not paid the outstanding AUD 140 fuel charge. Do you honestly consider yourself a guest who follows the rules and treats other people’s vehicles responsibly? Extremely disappointing.
