Poor customer service, cancelled booking without being notified, too my money and insurance payment, made it more difficult to rebook and then didn't put the underfunded insurance back on. Many more things. Very expensive 1 day for a car, due to turo. Also they are saying it's late check out. Car was returned early!
It seems your 1-star rating relates to Turo's website, app, and customer service rather than the vehicle itself. In response to the 2-star maintenance rating—the Jimny is known to feel floaty and can struggle on inclines; this is typical for the model and not maintenance-related.
Thanks for the feedback on the wheel alignment—it was done on 16/03/26 and felt fine when I last drove it, but I'll have it rechecked.
