Car was in good condition and pickup was hassle free, overall the car was well maintained, would definitely recommend for a short getaway !

Pick and drop off was smooth, car condition was exactly as it was shown in the picture. Interior was tidy so tried to return the car as clean as possible. Highly recommend.

The pick up location was accessible clear directions.
Prior the morning of pick up received and email regarding the tyre pressure sensor, it stated the vehicle had a flat was taken to repair shop and a puncture repair was made, hence why the pressure light was on and would disappear after a few kms of driving.
Trusting in idrive and being short notice I continued with pick up. Drove the vehicle on the hwy the tyre popped emergency services performed a tyre change and informed the rear tyres were in fact bald. This experience was terrible no stopping lane on hwy with trucks travelling 100km very dangerous. Very unsatisfied with being deceived by idrive hire car company.
