We were changed from a 2018 ASX to a 2014 Range Rover hours before we arrived. This was okay, but the Range Rover tech wasn't as advanced as the car we had initially chosen, and the key was falling apart - we had issues with keyless push to start as a result. The back passenger door was also very temperamental. Pick up of the vehicle was very unclear, and the staff member that was dropping of the car, although lovely, had no clue where to go at the airport so it took an hour to hand over the car. However, our drop off experience was a breeze in comparison which was a relief. We have had seamless Turo experiences in the past so unfortunately this time was quite disappointing.

The car i hired had to be picked up the same afternoon i asked for a refund then he came with a different car which I did not want but was a car but it too was faulty i have hired these cars for the last 8weeks due to having our car written off and there has been no oroblem
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
