Great service. Easy pickup. Love the communication. However car is too big for the city. The baby capsule seat could’ve been installed rear facing. Took me a while to figure out and challenging with 2 kids

Thank you so much for the kind words and for sharing this! Just to clarify on the baby capsule -we deliberately leave it uninstalled so you as the parent can inspect it and install it yourselves. Every child’s needs are different, so we leave the choice of front or rear facing, and exactly where in the car it goes, entirely up to you and your preference. It’s really about making sure you feel fully comfortable and confident that your child’s seat is set up exactly right. Appreciate the feedback.

Rented the defender for a week and it was a great ride! Very comfortable ride for my family of 4. Able to fit in all our luggage’s.
Car was clean when we picked it up. Smooth process picking and dropping off the car.

Car pick up - only mentions there will be $40 charges without telling customer has to pay extra $16 for exiting the car park. (Main reason of -1 star)
Customer Service - not fast response, so back and forth take me around an hour to leave the car park
Car conditions - Defender 2024, in general good, low tire pressure warning on rear left and engine cooling level monitor message pop out during the trip.
Car wash - unable to use car wash machine due material, so expect need to hand wash the car
Toll - other than toll, unexpected handling fee from Turo

Thanks for your feedback. Just to clarify - the $16 parking option is provided and recommended in our pre-trip messages, while the -$40 option is entirely optional. Toll usage is also optional. Guests can avoid toll roads; any charges go directly to the toll authority, not to us. Regarding the vehicle, tyre pressure can fluctuate due to normal conditions, and occasional coolant alerts can occur - these are not uncommon and can happen during regular use.
