This guys a hack, car is a disgrace. Bonnets been burnt through from jumper leads, door alarm keeps going off even though all doors are closed, interior disgusting, exterior disgusting. Reflects badly on this company they’d let this guy on their app. He wasn’t even there when I picked up or dropped off. Just hit muppet of a mate that barely spoke English.

We accept that the car could have been cleaner and we’re addressed straight away for future trips. However, no mechanical or alarm issues were reported at pickup or during the booking, and the vehicle was used for the full duration without complaint. Unfortunately, the guest was disrespectful towards my co-host as well as towards me pist trip when i asked for feedback since i was overseas and relying on guests feedback furthermore the car was not refueled as required under platform policy.
