Said they would have car for pick up and drop off from the airport.
Forced me to leave my children at the airport while I go pick up the car from their depot.
The only reason why I booked Turo over any other company is because of the direct airport pick up.
Turo has got the right to leave cars at the airport. Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.
