The car was fine but it wasn’t the same as the one I booked (shown in the pic). I chose the car (that was shown in the pic initially) because it was more modern but I got an older model - which I could have got for quite a bit cheaper so I felt that I have been deceived to pay for something I didn’t get. I complaint as it was misrepresented and false advertising. They did not respond to my complaint but in the meantime, updated the pics interestingly (to the older model) - I wondered why! They finally responded after I have returned the car… without even an apology and saying that they are a ‘power host’, etc! Don’t really care what powers you have mate but you cannot misrepresent and deceive your customers! So for car renters… just beware, these people cannot be trusted as you may not get the car that you see in the pics!
Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.

It was good, u should check everything well about the car before the customer will pick it up because so waste a lot of time when there is a problem.

We are sorry to hear that you expectations fell short, however, as part of the check-in procedure, the guest has to give the car a lookover when checking in & if something is not satisfactory, you have the opportunity to express your what you think is not right & have it rectified or alternatively cancel the booking.
