Premium vehicle. Fantastic for road trips and was very safe and competent in rainy freeway driving too. Appreciate the team for accommodating and making some adjustments to meet my needs at the time of booking. Will definitely rebook for future trips.

This is a very new car and I always love this model for family outing and it have all the latest safety features and easy to drive. Very good condition and host is very helpful. Will definitely recommend to others to take this exceptional unit.

The car broke down after less than 100km on our way to a 3 days road trip. To make the situation worst we waited more than 4hours before the car get towed and I have to organize a safe transport for my family to get to a safer place because Turo’s road assistance was aweful they wanted us to wait in the middle of no where, no regards of our well being and safety while they are organising a transport for my family.

While we acknowledge that there was an issue with our brand new vehicle :( which has now been rectified by the dealer, your review seems to address mainly Turo's Roadside assistance but it seems like we are the one receiving the negative feedback on our account :(
Also to mention that you were offered a discounted replacement vehicle and you were able to continue with your trip with no issues.
