Car rental experience was not smooth as expected. Needs improvement
We’re sorry to hear your experience did not fully meet expectations. To clarify, the Alphard is equipped with fully automatic sliding doors, which operate correctly — they simply require a gentle press of the button rather than manual force, as the mechanism is motorised.

Superb Luxury Car Drove like a Dream, Easy Pickup and Drop off Instructions , would definetly hire again.
No smoking allowed
