Unfortunately, Turo requires the primary guest who made the booking to be present with matching ID and licence. As you were overseas and a family member attempted to collect the vehicle, we were unable to release it.
We contacted Turo Support, tried to reach you, and worked with your family to resolve the issue.
We also believe the 1-star ratings are unfair, as the vehicle was never collected or used

The vehicle is excellent and response from owner is prompt. This is second time we have used the vehicle and its been a great experience, lots memorable moments.
