We are a family of six, which should be expected for booking a large vehicle, and arrived off hours so an uber came to pick us up that couldn’t fit us all. I had even messaged them that we were arriving very early in the morning but they still sent a small uber. I had to leave my family at the airport while I took the uber to pick up the vehicle. I had to do this again in reverse when we left. I pointed out to the company that this was inconvenient and taking time away from our vacation but they didn’t offer any concession.
The van itself was fine but please note that the sliding doors are manual which also wasn’t on the listing. I’m surprised manufacturers still even make vans with manual sliding doors. It was also inconvenient for our small children and I wouldn’t have picked this vehicle if I’d known.
Our location is 5 mins away from the airport & while we strive to book the largest available Ubers they sometimes send the wrong ones. Apologies for the bad experience. Since you had small children & wanted automatic doors you could have booked a later model which offers that. Thank you for your review. Service is bad . Ask me go to the location to pick up the car . When i arrive ask me to go another place for pick up the car . When i return they highlight the tire have nail on it . But i cant make sure is who the one happen before me i still remember this car not parking when i reached for pickup . Should be they the one the tire nail on it . Need to very careful
before taken this service . Just nail on it the said charge me 150 . Is not acceptable pricing . In melboure maximum just 30-40 dollar .

Good service however we have issues for the child seats as the host did not provide as promised and requires better improvement
