very easy to get the car and drive. Car is very spacious and able to fit all of us 7. Host was very responsive. AC was not working at the rear, but they offered to replace for no fee. we didn't get it replaced anymore, but appreciated the offer to do so. will definitely rent from them again.

AC for the rear is repaired with a new part. and is in full working condition now(23rd April'25)
With respect to the dirty interior, for a back-to-back trip, it gets difficult to get it deep cleaned. (as drying a seat takes 1-2 days). which we get it done regularly. But love seeing 5 starts rating and feedback.
It was a pleasure meeting you, will see you again soon for your next trip.
