Car was clean and comfortable. The check-in and return process was a little rough, due to poor communication. Also the vehicle was not delivered with a full tank of fuel.

Very good. A few dings and scratches on the outside but drove well. Host was very helpful. A couple of glitches but host was easy to contact so we could sort. Uses a bit of petrol but it’s a big car. The purpose of the trip was to transport extremely elderly parents and this car was perfect for that. As far as boot room goes, very small with two walkers in it. The third row is for very small kids, couldn’t use it when you use second row recliners and leg rests.
