Liang was very responsive throughout the trip, which I really appreciated. The car itself was nice to drive, and for the first few days of our 4-day rental, everything went smoothly with no issues.
Unfortunately, on our way back, one of the tyres went flat. Liang responded quickly, which helped a lot in the situation. However, for safety reasons, we had to get it repaired immediately and ended up paying $400 out of pocket.
Even though we had the Prime Plan, the reimbursement process has been very slow and frustrating. I don’t blame Liang for what happened. These things can occur but the overall experience was impacted by the inconvenience and delay in getting the money back. Anyway thanks Liang

We also brought the car for regular maintenance.
