We originally booked a white 2014 VW Golf. Less than an hour before, Jacob asked us to switch to a different car, a grey 2013 VW Golf. When we arrived, the car was in good condition but the A/C was broken. For a car in northern Australia in late December this was not acceptable. After 1.5h of messing around they were able to upgrade us to a 2023 Kia Carnival which was a beautiful ride.
Great service from this group of guys just wish it wasn't a problem in the first place.
