The van was returned to owner at 3.41pm not 5.42pm ! I have proof it was returned and we sent a message to owner it was turned at 3.41pm and the lady at address accepted the keys.
The owner seems so nice and very helpful but this app is horrible and trying to rip me off I think so be careful.
Be aware of this App Turo, I don’t think it’s Australian and it has issues recording date of birth and is trying to cause trouble by saying I never returned the car to owner so be aware people.
I be would definitely like to hire from the owner in future as everything is fine, the vehicle was perfect, I left it with full tank of fuel and nice and clean but now I’m a little concerned as I did everything right and this app Turo is saying I did not return on time when we did. Go check with the lady we took the keys back and she will verify I took it back at 3.41pm !
