The car was parked near 17 rusden st while the actual house is 20 and no instructions were given on how to pickup the car or drop the car until I spent almost 40 mins going from house no 17 and talking to them and being referred to house no 20 and talking to someone in there who knew no english and was communicating to Jess to tell me how to get keys for the car. It was then that I was send the msg to unlock the key from a hidden no lock with the code provided.
The car was dirty and had bird poo in the front glass and no water in the car to run the wipers so had to fill in that too to make it drive worthy.
The car was smooth for the journey and had no mechanical issues and is comfortable to drive and sit in.
The lack of response from the host and the pickup issues is what made me give 3 stars only.
