Clean and mechanically sound car. No issues during our hire period. Surprised how economical it was on fuel. Was big enough to cart around our large family of 8 this holiday with plenty of space for luggage.

Very good booking process. Though I didnt read instructions properly at first. I thought i needed to foward some details before 24hrs of booking not within 24hrs. So I was stressing and sending lots of unnecessary emails and calls. The best thing was it was very easy to add new drivers later on. Didnt really understand the steep delivery fee or what the daily fee was on top of the already booked toddlers car seat. The vehicle was not as per the picture but it was in good comfortable condition. I think we were lucky nothing went wrong as it would have gone bad being an online communication system. Not too confident in Toms rentals. But grateful our trip was safe and comfortable. I am a first time user of Turo not discounting them out.
