The car was in great nick—tidy, comfortable and easy to drive. The pickup location was on a quiet side street, which was really convenient, and Naz was pleasant and easy to deal with throughout. Thanks, Naz, for being so accommodating and making the whole process nice and easy. Would happily hire from you again!

Worst car. If there was 0 rating I would give that. So dirty and smelly. The brake pedal was not good had to push very hard. And the host was ignoring us when we reached to his location to pick the car up. He didn’t reply to our message and didn’t receive our call. After a while he responded with give me 5 min. We could see a person at the window at that location from the very beginning and later realise that it was the host. He was there the whole time but made us wait for 25 minutes outside the scorching sun.
