Excellent car. Will book again. Japanese doesn't bother me nor does it affect the drive in any manner. They don't make vans like this anymore. Great communication as well. Easy instructions.

Car is greate, service is poor.. Late license review/confirmation, very poor communication (first point of contact is a chat bot that does nothing but cause more stress). The pass key code provided wasn't working...
If you need to get to a place on time or have anxiety, i would not recommend
