Car quality very poor scratch’s all over and no fuel when collected

Hi Kaitlyn, we are very surprised to read this review. We document the condition of our vehicles thoroughly before every trip. Photos taken directly prior to your pickup show the car was fully clean with a full tank of fuel. Furthermore, the vehicle was returned to us with less than half a tank of fuel.
We take great pride in maintaining clean, reliable cars for our guests, and all pre- and post-trip photos have been documented in accordance with platform guidelines.
Very neat car and easy to handle. Cheap on fuel would definitely recommend again for anyone
