The quality of the car and pick up was great! The drop off situation was more difficult. I appreciated UR DRIVE’s 24/7 line of communication, but we were late to our flight check in because they booked an Uber that was too small. We ordered our own Uber to save time, I’ve asked if we can be reimbursed as it’s UR DRIVE’s responsibility to facilitate our travel to/from our set location, being Brisbane Airport. They have apologised but not followed up with my request for reimbursement.

It's good and all just that the there were some glass bottles inside the vehicle used by the previous user

The car was perfect for us. We arrived in Brisbane in the school holidays so everything was fully booked. The Nissan was available so we made the most of the opportunity. The rental hosts were very welcoming, the car was clean and the pickup location is near to the airport. It was great. Thanks team for helping to make our holiday run smoothly.
