The car was clean, spacious, and in good condition. However, after my booking was confirmed and paid for, the company changed the pickup location from Hobart Airport to their off-site garage. To their credit, they did cover the Uber costs to and from the airport, but it was still a major inconvenience and hassle. I specifically booked an airport pickup to avoid waiting around for transfers. Having to coordinate and wait for an Uber—especially on the return trip—added unnecessary stress. I wouldn't recommend them if you are looking for a seamless airport experience.

We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the pickup location—Turo does not have agreements to leave cars at the airport, which is why we arrange transportation to and from our depot. Great but car thought it’s still in Japan and couldn’t get radio, sat nav or Bluetooth to work.

I returned before 6pm i didn’t know I had to checkout through the app manually
