Very easy to communicate. The car was a bit old but it has been well maintained. No issue at all while I was driving. Check-in and out was straight forward and the host provided well explained instruction too. Highly recommend

The car is lovely, a bit confused at first cuz of the entertainment system and dashboard using the Japanese language. But overall awesome.

Very good vehicle for a large family trip. Hired for 2 days no issues at all. Hosts are very responsive. Pick up - drop off was smooth. Car very comfortable, spacious clean and good drive. Also good value $ compare to others. Highly recommend 👌
