What do you mean? Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.

smooth drive, spacious but seats 7adults instead of 8 that’s advertised in turo.
Just a heads up to extend an hour before as company could end trip 30mins earlier than your end time.
The car definitely fits 8 as all previous guests were able to. We cannot change trip end times. Only guests can change their own times. You were late & returned the car almost an hour 30 minutes late.
