The owners were polite and quick with communications, but that can’t make up for what was the oldest, most worn down Turo I’ve ever rented. I’ve driven much nicer Turo cars in the Eastern Suburbs which were simultaneously cheaper and much newer. I was worried when it struggled to start with a cold engine, but it was ok once it warmed up. Paying almost $200 though for 7 hours where I very time I got out I was picking bits of steering wheel plastic off my hands is not the experience I was expecting. I think this car would be fine at half the price, but there are just better options out there for less money.
