First time using Turo, and we had an exceptional experience with Marianna, Brad and the team. Pickup from our location was seamless, and they even left the keys at reception after our travel plans changed at the last minute. We had an issue midway through the hire when the battery failed, but Brad had it replaced and the car back with us within a couple of hours. The car was clean, in near-new condition, and despite the unexpected battery issue, the service was outstanding. We’d happily recommend them to anyone.
