Car seat had stained, difficulties with booking and booking got cancelled even i was just 36 mins late

Thanks for your feedback Bishal. I'm sorry for the trouble at pickup. Just to clarify, late/no-show cancellations are handled by Turo, not by the host - after 30 mins late the system cancels, which is what occurred here when Turo was unable to reach you.
