Car was delivered unroadworthy with a gouge in the tyre sidewall...vendor took a pic of it but didn't offer to change the tyre and someone knew about it because there was tyre gloss over it. Car was just old & tired and a rip-off considering a brand new Kia Carnival from Avis was the same rate. Completely different experience from my first rental with Turo and Ill definitely reconsider with Turo is worth continuing with.

Wonderful drivers for pick up and drop off. Van has lots of space. It was a bit dirty and didn’t have a full tank when we received it, but other than that it was great.
