• Late Return Policy:

  Aim to return the car on time. If a delay is anticipated, request a trip change through the Turo app. Turo has policies regarding late returns, which may result in fees.

• Accident or Damage Procedure:

  In the unfortunate event of an accident or damage, promptly report the incident through the Turo app. Access the 24/7 roadside assistance number provided in the glovebox or your booking details on the Turo app for immediate support. While I'm available to assist, Turo should be your primary contact in such situations.

• Pet-Friendly Policy:

  The car is pet-friendly. However, as pets can leave hair or dirt, kindly return the car clean if you bring pets to avoid additional cleaning charges.

• Fuel Information:

  The car uses regular Diesel. While the fuel level may not be full at pickup, I ensure it has at least a 1/4 tank. Please return the car with the same fuel level as when you received it.

• Smoking Policy:

  Smoking, including traditional cigarettes and e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited in the vehicle. A cleaning fee will be applied if the car is returned with a smell of smoke.

• Toll Handling:

  All cars come equipped with a toll pass that automatically records toll charges. After your trip, these toll charges will be applied to your booking.

• Cleaning Before Return:

  While an exhaustive cleaning is not required, please return the car in the same condition you received it. This includes removing trash and addressing any spills or mess.
