Victor was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. We had a couple of unexpected issues, including the initial Turo cancellation and a flat tire, but he did his best to help us resolve everything quickly. The beginning of the trip was honestly pretty stressful because of the unexpected cancellation, but Victor’s communication and support made the situation much easier to deal with. The car itself was in excellent condition and clearly well taken care of. I especially loved driving the Highland Model 3. The ride was incredibly smooth, quiet, and comfortable, and it made our California road trip even more enjoyable. We spent a lot of time driving during the trip, and the car was great the entire time. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciated Victor’s help and responsiveness. I’d happily rent from him again and would definitely recommend him to others.

I had a fantastic experience renting this Tesla Model 3. The car was spotless, very well maintained, and a pleasure to drive throughout the trip. The host was excellent. Communication was quick and friendly, all of my questions were answered promptly, and he even had a charging cable ready for me, which was really appreciated. Host has one of thee best maintained cars on Turo. Car is always immaculate, inside and out. With the high heat we have been having, Host went a step further by turning the ac on just prior to my arriving. Vehicle was very easily accessible with it being parked in a plaza across from the mall. Very public place, where us females, can feel safe and secure with the entire process. Upon return of vehicle he even asked if there was anything he could have done to make my experience even better and honestly. He already makes us as the renters his priority. Thank you!!

Awesome host. I rented the car for about two months. Very reliable car. Great Gas saving vehicle I got over 35 mpg on the highways. Cold AC, and clean interior and exterior. 3 cylinder motor so it’s does not have a lot of power but it gets you from a to b for cheap! Sound system is not very loud and no Bluetooth. I used a fm transmitter and it worked good enough for me to have tunes. Host was friendly and very understanding and polite for any and all questions or concerns I had during my rental. I would definitely recommend renting from them again. Surprisingly roomy for its size. I am 6’5” 230 pounds and fit comfortably

Fady and the car were amazing! Car had no issues during our road trip and was a smooth ride. I would definitely rent the car again and recommend it to my friends and family if they were ever needing a car rental. Getting the car was easy and accessible. Returning it was also the same. I will definitely be looking at Fady’s selection of cars in the future!

Nice car - clean and smelled good,, on time, communication was great, Tyler seems dope. Really nice guy actually, kinda would like to get to know him more. Maybe something like coffee or hanging out with a group of friends, you know, not just us two until I get to know him more. Don't want to get too serious too fast - you know how those rental car guys can be. Then maybe lunch or something casual. Dinner comes later, you have all the time in the world, no need to rush these things. Things progress, I meet his dog, he meets the family. Then I ride off into the sunset in his blue tesla that I rented from him with my wife and kids. And here is where my story ends bc my kid is screaming. Thanks Tyler. Live long and prosper.

Incredible car and a great host! Car was super fun to drive, had amazing fuel economy (30 MPG averaged across a cross-country trip), and handled well. Michael also resolved all questions promptly and honestly.

Danny was an excellent host! He was very reliable and prompt in his responses. He was so flexible and accommodating when we needed to change our pick up location more than once. I would not hesitate to rent a vehicle from him again. The car arrived in good condition and we had no problems.
