The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. We originally booked a different car, but the host had to switch it last minute for safety reasons, which was completely understandable.
We also had an issue during the trip when one of the tires blew out, but the host was quick to respond and helped us right away. As two ladies traveling together, we really appreciated the fast assistance and support.
On top of that, our flight got changed, so we needed to extend our booking and move the pickup time to 4 a.m. The host was very accommodating and approved the change without any issues.
Overall, we had a positive experience and appreciated the host's responsiveness, flexibility, and excellent customer service.
