It was a great experience renting from Sam; excellent customer service, easy to communicate, and good vibes in person. The transition from pick-up to returning the car was definitely convenient. The Prius was an excellent choice for my little family's holiday roadtrip; it was a suitable car for my little toddler and my wife's comfort on the backseat, clean and tidy interior, running smoothly and never a problem on the road. If I need to rent again, I'm definitely gonna check again on Sam's car listing options.
