Everything went well. William was great and had fast response. Car was slightly dirty but nothing to complaint about.

The key was broken, which made it difficult to use. The car was filthy both inside and out, and there was a strong unpleasant smell inside. On top of that, the tyres were flat.
This is not the standard I expected, and it made the experience very inconvenient
