Unfortunately, my experience with this rental was disappointing.
I rented the Tesla for one month. After about two weeks, the left tyre started losing pressure and I had to inflate it repeatedly. When I checked the tyres, I also noticed that the right tyre was extremely worn, with wires showing. In my opinion, this was a serious safety concern, as driving with tyres in that condition could potentially lead to a tyre failure or even an accident.
I contacted the host immediately and informed him about the problem. Because of the tyre issue, I was unable to use the car for four days at the end of my rental. I contacted the host more than three times and clearly asked for a refund for those four days, but he refused to provide any refund and did not offer a reasonable solution.
The car itself was nice to drive, but the condition of the tyres and, especially, the way the situation was handled significantly affected my experience. I believe a rental car should be provided with safe and properly maintained tyres, and when a safety issue prevents the customer from using the vehicle, the situation should be handled fairly.
For these reasons, I can only give this rental 2 stars.
