Ami is super responsive and super helpful with any questions and concerns you have. He’s also super knowledgeable when it comes to Tesla models and can help you navigate issues on the go. One thing I will say about his cars is that they are super popular so book them when you have the chance. I made the mistake of booking this car for only a month and when I went to renew it was booked out for another 3 months. Ami’s customer service is hands down the best I’ve had on Turo. I will definitely be booking again as soon as it’s available!
