We’re not willing to pay for an incident we did not cause. On top of that, the service was extremely disappointing, delayed delivery, poor communication, and an overall frustrating experience. Very dissatisfied.
The refuelling charge is a standard policy applied when a vehicle is not returned with the same fuel level provided.
We experienced some inconsistencies during the trip, including the booking being made under a different name and the required licence verification only being completed at the scheduled start time. This contributed to delays outside of our control. Despite this, the vehicle was delivered within the 30-minute grace period.
During the trip, we responded in a timely manner.
