Car was fine. Company was extremely unprofessional. On pickup their employee left their person phone in the car. We stopped near the airport and waited for them to come get it. It took them over 30 minutes to make the <5 minute drive to us. On drop we arrived on time and shared our location. Apparently we were able little early in the drop off area and ended up waiting 15 minutes in the rain only to be cussed out by the carma employee for being 100 meters too far down the road even though we were sharing our location. Had a great experience with them our first trip. That has changed. Would never consider this company again. Absolute worst customer service.

We apologise again for the phone being left in the vehicle — this is not typical, and we attended as quickly as possible to resolve it.
For drop-off, our staff member was at Terminal 2 around 20 minutes before your arrival as arranged. From the messages, it appears you were at Terminal 3, which caused the delay despite location sharing.
We always aim for a smooth experience and expect respectful communication toward our staff at all times.

Car was good, had a bit of hiccup with them not able to pick me up from airport but did end up paying for my taxi so was all good! Would definitely book again
