Disappointing experience. Important pick up information was only given after walking around looking for the vehicle for 15/20 minutes then to find the vehicle wasn’t as described. No compensation offered besides hiring the vehicle for longer - which seems silly considering I have a flight to catch. Won’t be hiring again

Good reliable car. Although I had issue with the car not starting randomly. Tom was slow to respond initially but sorted things out and he upgraded the car. Felt pretty safe given that they took the car right away to investigate what happened.
