Confusing pick up and drop off , not notified where to pick up the car until I even got there . Then pick message was different location . Windscreen wipers are not good for rain.

Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the confusion with the pickup and drop-off instructions. We’re currently transitioning locations, which caused mixed messages about the pickup point. Booking was cancelled to swap the guest to another vehicle.
Car quality was fantastic pickup and drop off was suppose to be gold coast airport thats what l booked for which is not the case and pickup was a total joke waited over an hour due to licence supposibly not being uploaded and host never made any face to face contact either pickup or drop off customer service was a joke and l have used turo just recently in dec/jan and it was a very different service met host on pickup and dropoff and could not fault that service.so will never book with this host again and would not recommend this service to anyone

Of course we need your licence uploaded in order to provide you with the vehicle. We don't just give cars out at random. Most things these days are fine over the internet without face to face contact. Service expectations differed significantly. While polite, communication & timelines were challenging. We wish them well & feel our services may not be the best fit for any future bookings.
