Sidewalls of tyres had gashes in them from previous renters curbing the wheels when picked up. 3 hours into the trip got a flat tyre. Host was very helpful with swapping cars to keep me going as I had a very tight schedule but the replacement car was of much lower value and no discount was applied.

Hi Ronald, thanks again for renting with us. You mentioned the tyre damage was present at pickup, however this was not identified in our inspection and is not visible in the pickup photos. If damage was noticed, the correct approach would be to notify us immediately and not proceed, as driving on a damaged tyre is unsafe. Once reported, we acted quickly to provide a replacement vehicle to keep your trip going with minimal disruption to your schedule and overall plans during your trip.
I have rented from Farland many times. As a returning customer I can guarantee his cars are clean and enjoyable to use. Pick off and drop off are always seamless and easy to do. I highly recommend him to anyone down in Melbourne.
