There was a big chunk of broken plastic hanging at the bottom of the car continuously making loud annoying noises the whole time - soured our whole trip. Service was overdue and brake warning lights were on. The host admitted to knowing all of this and yet they let us drive away with it instead of fixing it first. The car was not fit for purpose.
