Toll recovery just got easier on Turo

Try our new Toll Matching Tool to streamline your reimbursements. Match toll reports to guest trips instantly and recover charges — all in one place.

How it works:

  1. Select the right location and agency

    Set your region to Australia and choose your toll agency (Linkt or E-Toll).

  2. Pull your toll agency report

    Log in to your toll provider (Linkt or E-Toll) and download your activity report as a CSV file.

  3. Access your Turo transaction history

    Go to your Turo dashboard > earnings > download the CSV file.

  4. Link both into one CSV file

    Using the template, create a simple CSV file to connect both your documents into one.

Get your reimbursement requests going

Upload your CSV files to the tool and click “Match tolls to guests”. Don’t forget to set your region to Australia and to select the correct toll provider.
