Our car was already waiting at the selected pickup location when we arrived.
The Owner took the time to explain everything in detail, so there were no surprises.
The car was spotless/clean and the fuel tank was full which we really appreciated.
Flexible with changes, when we needed to adjust our original drop-off time due to our airline schedule, the change was handled with a cheerful, helpful attitude.
