As a Host, you strive to keep your cars in good mechanical condition but unforeseen issues can arise. Guest feedback is crucial in these situations. Your role as Host is to promptly respond and offer the best possible assistance. I believe we did just that, even offering a partial refund (50%) for the inconvenience caused. While the low rating is somewhat understandable, given the partially flat tyre, it’s disappointing considering the rest of the trip seemed quite positive.
