Car was fine, very neat and tidy. Hybrid was a bonus. Communication with host could have been better. Expected pick up and drop off of car at airport but had to drive to a nearby location. This would have been fine if I had known but no prior communication indicated this. Having to drop my family at airport with luggage and car seats then leave them to drop car off was an unexpected inconvenience.

I received the car with a bald tire (metal wire sticking out) that I didn’t notice when I first got the car. It felt unsteady when I first drove it and then I got a flat mid-trip. The wipers were also old and made it hard to see through the window. Only good thing was that the host was able to get me a replacement. He was also able to pick me up from the airport. Unfortunately one of my vacation days was wasted due to the flat tire and car troubles. I would just say to double check the tires and the windshield wipers before driving this car.
