Easy to pick up and good onboarding/ comms from owner, but car was dirty, breaks felt dodgy and there was an annoying rattle sound when driving.
No Apple car play and navigation system didn't work.
Overall bad experience, especially for its listing price.
Interesting you write car was dirty when we had it cleaned for your booking at Crystal Car wash ($60) as per check in photos car was perfectly clean yet you returned it dirty.
We have never claimed there is apple car play.
We will check the rattling noise and breaks.
Our car is on the cheaper end on Turo.

Car drove well, nice easy pickup and return system with the unlock/lock online process. Plenty of space in the boot.
The only issue was the nob to adjust the side mirrors was broken, so you can't adjust them...they were fine, but if you needed to adjust them, you can't.
