Renting the car from Henrique was an absolutely perfect customer experience for us. The vehicle came reasonably freshly washed and thoroughly cleaned. All supplies topped up, including the vitals (brake fluid, coolant, window washer, engine oil recently changed) and the wheels were perfectly balanced and aligned too. The car provides for Bluetooth audio and BMW sat nav (for this model) so while life traffic isn't updated on maps, the route is perfectly planned.
We used the option to have the car delivered and picked up, which was also flawlessly executed. We are pretty much committed to book again as there are no better options for someone fond of BMWs. Because we drove well and took care of the car as our own, we are also offered a 10% discount.
