I would like to advise everyone not to trust this person white Mitsubishi Mirage 2015 REGO DL46VH . my experience, he was not transparent and appeared to be playing games with me\.
He initially told me not to worry when l returned the car and the patrol tank was almost full but later sent me an invoice requesting additional payments and extra fees without providing proper supporting documentation or a valid legal invoice\.
Please be very careful when dealing with him, and I would strongly recommend considering all the information carefully before booking his vehicle\.
I also contacted Turo Customer Service regarding the matter, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide me with any meaningful assistance\. In addition, my bank card was charged without me receiving what I consider to be proper supporting documentation for the charges\.
I am sharing my experience so that others can be aware of the situation and exercise caution before making a booking\.

Thank you for your review. For clarity, here are the facts.
Fuel: A full tank return is Turo policy, stated clearly in the rules, and we also sent an in-app message before return saying the same. It's in both places.
Charges: The fuel shortfall and refuel receipt (date, amount) were provided as photos, accessible to the guest — documentation was provided.
One casual remark, possibly misread as suggesting otherwise, outweighed a clearly stated policy. We'll be more precise going forward.
They were very kind and helped me out in many ways. The car was in great condition, making for a comfortable rental experience. I would definitely like to rent from them again.
